We had listed rental of our home with other real estate agency who was struggling to get the house leased for 4 weeks. We later involved Jaclyn and once Jaclyn took over, we felt relieved as she was able to get many inspection done asap, got few applications and secured tenant in just 3-4 days who also moved in in 4 days after. Jaclyn did thorough review of our home, suggested us much needed (legally) fixes, arranged that for us and got that done before tenant moved in.

Jaclyn was always available to us. I never had a moment where I felt she didn't understand our needs. She is hard working, passionate BDM who understands the market, people and gets her job done.

After conducting some research I decided to approach Doug Disher to manage my unit in Toowong. From the onset, I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. I then met Jaclyn, her passionate for the job is unmatched.
What impressed me was her ability to assist me navigate this process with ease, the process was efficient but I never felt rushed. Jaclyn has an incredible eye for detail, each step of the process was clearly communicated to me and I knew exactly what to expect and what to do next. I found that if I ever had a question Jaclyn already had an answer and solution. Throughout the process, Jaclyn kept in regular contact with me and worked around my schedule. I also had the pleasure of meeting my new property manager Charlotte, another fantastic member of the team.

The DDRE team have been always very professional, efficient, and practical over the years; understanding the rental market, managing tenant concerns and unit wear and tear. When it came time to sell, Toby and Doug and their team know and understand the market so well. They provided us with practical presentation advice, great support for prepping the unit for sale, kept us up to date with preparation progress, as well as great communication during the sale, and their efforts resulted in our unit selling within a couple of days. They could not have been more helpful to us.

From past experience as Secretary for a Body Corporate, I have found Janette McKillop stands head and shoulders above other property managers who have managed apartments in our complex.

Prior to tenants moving in, Janette will make sure every 'i' is dotted and 't' is crossed regarding all issues with moving in - power supply, internet access, parking, lift accessibility etc. From my perspective from that day on, her professionalism continues with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of her tenants, the apartment owner and anyone else involved.

Exceptional professional experience. Toby Disher went above and beyond in his real estate knowledge of the area, advised of all outgoings to consider and was totally up to date on the recent history of the building.
Notching was too much trouble for Toby to investigate or to attend to on my behalf as the purchaser.
I wish I could use Toby for all of my real estate dealings throughout Australia, my mind would then be at rest.
Can’t recommend Toby highly enough.
