Excellent service provided by all staff at Doug Disher Real Estate! I didn't end up purchasing a property from them but that wasn't a problem. Doug et al were still super happy to assist me whenever I contacted them about an inspection. I was one of those buyers who looked forever before actually purchasing. Never fazed Doug who was always ready to meet me at a property. Thank you very much for your assistance over the extended period of looking and I do apologise for being a picky buyer ☺️

Very happy
We are very happy that with the help of Ivoni and Jaclyn, we found a house that we are satisfied with and can finally move into our new home. Thanks to Ivoni for patiently waiting for me and my husband to inspection separately twice so we didn't miss it, and after that, special thanks to Jaclyn for guiding us step by step through all the process and keeping us informed of the progress, we all obviously felt that Doug Disher was much better than other companies of the same type in the whole process in terms of comprehensive service ability, and we sincerely hope that anyone who needs it will be able to meet a team like them and get the accommodation they want.

I value professionalism & the team at Doug Disher Real Estate has that in spades!
It’s always daunting to change property agents, especially since I live overseas and rely heavily on my agent to look after my unit. A friend recommended Janette McKillop when she was with her previous company. When Janette left, there was a significant reduction in service standards at the old company. I missed her efficiency. I contacted her & she was more than happy to take over my account. Janette then referred me to Jaclyn Lazarou who would handle the formalities relating to the changeover. To change agents twice in 6 months was stressful but Jaclyn made the whole process seamless & completed in no time! Jaclyn was so friendly and amazingly prompt in replying to my emails. She was very proactive & thorough. She kept me constantly updated of the status of the changeover. It’s obvious she loves her job & cares for her clients.
I’m so grateful to Jaclyn for her invaluable advice & for laying the groundwork. I value professionalism & the team at Doug Disher Real Estate has that in spades!

Exceptional Professional Experience.
Exceptional professional experience. Toby Disher went above and beyond in his real estate knowledge of the area, advised of all outgoings to consider and was totally up to date on the recent history of the building.
Notching was too much trouble for Toby to investigate or to attend to on my behalf as the purchaser.
I wish I could use Toby for all of my real estate dealings throughout Australia, my mind would then be at rest.
Can’t recommend Toby highly enough.

Sale of the Century
The sale of the century. After 31 years living in an old Queensland Cottage built in 1910, it was time to go into something modern. I loved that house and it has most of my adult memories ( good,great and bad).
But it needed lots of work to bring it up to this century, and my heart wasn't in it.
Doug and son Toby were aware of that from the start and made every step of the way stress free and smooth.
I applaud their professionalism, and transparency of every process related to me. Certainly Doug and Toby's knowledge of the real estate market was exceptional, and reflects their years of experience in the Western Suburbs.
I would highly recommend Doug Disher Real Estate to anyone wishing to buy in the area, and in fact anywhere in Brisbane.

I've had an amazing experience.
A big shoutout to Charlotte! As a tenant, I've had an amazing experience dealing with her. Some real estate agents and property managers can be really unpleasant to deal with and they treat tenants poorly, Doug Disher's team is a breath of fresh air. They genuinely care about tenants and are always ready to assist. Charlotte, in particular, has been incredibly fair, responsive, and professional. She's been so kind that I'd feel bad if I didn't get back to her promptly. Hopefully, if I'm back in the area, I'll have the chance to deal with the team again.

A very good experience
A very good experience. Doug Disher Real Team are very helpful. When we just moved in, we found there were some issues with the property. The Property Manager did their best to resolve the issues for us. Chris is an excellent Property Manager , very helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for assisting us with vacating the property and getting the bond refunds. Much appreciated.

A great team to rent through honestly, efficient and responsive, it has actually been pleasant renting with Janette and her team. Shout out to Ivoni, she made inspections easy, and was lovely to chat with, offering a lot of assistance and great advice towards the end of our lease, it made moving easier and our exit more manageable, which is needed in the current market.
